I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 16 years of experience supporting women through life's transitions, including motherhood, identity changes, relationship challenges, and emotional wellness. As a mother, grandmother, and wife, I bring both professional expertise and lived understanding to my work with women navigating complex roles and responsibilities.
I offer compassionate, client-centered therapy in a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, heal from past experiences, and reconnect with their sense of self. I believe each person has an innate capacity for growth and healing, and I tailor my integrative approach to meet the unique needs of every client.
I earned my graduate degree from Spring Arbor University and pursue ongoing education to enhance my clinical skills and support client well-being. My training includes Internal Family Systems (IFS), Couples Therapy, Postpartum Support, Perinatal Mental Health, Trauma-Informed Care, sex trafficking awareness, and culturally responsive care. I am committed to empowering women with tools that foster resilience, clarity, and meaningful change.
I wholeheartedly support women navigating life transitions, motherhood, relationships, and emotional wellness. My compassionate, client-centered, trauma-informed approach honors each client's strengths and supports healing, resilience, and meaningful growth.
My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel safe, heard, and respected, and I strive to create a non-judgmental space where women can explore their emotions, experiences, and goals at their own pace.
