Grace Vollmer, LMSW-Clinical, CAADC, CCStherapist

Hello! Life has a way of coming at us in the most unpredictable, unimaginable ways. This can make the most "put-together-person" crumble.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, scared, angry, confused, alone, helpless, worthless, stressed, lost, sad, or if you're looking for someone to help you grow into your ideal self.... you've come to the right place! We are humans. We make mistakes, we fall down, we get hurt, life is messy, and it gets to be too much and is seemingly unmanageable for us. With some help, we will go through the process of rebuilding, stand back up and then become stronger than we were before.

As a therapist with 20 years of experience, I value meeting people where they are at and then moving forward alongside. I provide support and direction that lead to self-discovery and empowerment. I am a positive influence, creating strong relationships, while building trust and encouraging growth and positive change for your future self.

What are you waiting for? The perfect time or opportunity? That time is now. Take that next step and reach out! I'll be waiting on the other side to take those next steps with you. Until then, take care!

Life is hard and no one must take it on all alone. You do not have to struggle or suffer in silence. I am here to sit with you, feel with you, walk with you, run and climb with you. I am with you.

I have a passion for living life beyond our moments of struggle. Finding opportunities for growth and meeting people wherever they are in life's journey. I love working within the complexities of families, couples and individuals. My areas of clinical focus, specialized training and experience are in addiction, navigating life's transitional phases, demands related to the challenges of parenting, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-harm, domestic violence, trauma, and sexual assault.

My therapeutic approach is of a holistic understanding of individuals, couples and families. I explore experiences and beliefs within a familial and cultural context to dig deeper beyond the surface of presenting symptoms. We delve into the meaning and purpose of their life and discover how they exist within it. This involves self-reflection and gaining understanding of behaviors, emotions, patterns, fears along a path to finding the meaning and functionality of the reactions to life's challenges to open opportunities for growth in emotional resilience, courage, wisdom and meaningful engagement life.

When I'm not sitting with clients, I'm busy raising my children, taking outdoor adventures with my partner, connecting with friends and family, crafting and getting centered in hot yoga. I love being playful!
